As I mentioned before.  I have taken out a lot of the leg work for you and used all of the training tools: “Jumping For Quickness and Explosiveness,” “Ladder Drills For Quicker Feet,” and “Mobility & Flexibility For Quickness” and packaged it all as one training program.  No more hassle or headache of trying to figure out what drills work best.  It’s here already!

Last but not least, make sure you follow the program as it is written.  DO NOT skip phases or workouts and do not adjust the program.  It is specifically designed with a great deal of research involved to maximize your quickness.
